Five 90 minute Classes
with Nancy
This five session course is a project-based exploration of the two stitches that are used to make any fabric in knitting: the KNIT stitch and the PURL stitch.
The Beginner cowl (designed for this class) will give students an opportunity to master these two stitches before combining and manipulating them to create interesting textures; you will learn basic finishing techniques and pattern reading as well.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HOMEWORK ASSIGNED EACH WEEK. EACH CLASS WILL COVER A NEW SKILL AND COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT WILL DEPEND ON THE KNITTING YOU DO INDEPENDENTLY.
