Isabell Kraemer is one of our favorite designers here at The Local Yarn Store.

Maybe you want a simple but engaging travel project - try JAS (just a scarf).

Maybe you want a striped, vintage-inspired accessory - cast on a BAO BAO shawl. 

Or maybe you want to work on a light sweater that reminds you of seaside visits in your future - try Heimathafen.

All of these patterns feature a dip-stitch motif used in different ways.

For this listing, we’ve chosen three related patterns to focus on, but she has so many good ones - if you find that something else sparks your interest, go for it!

PLEASE KNIT A SWATCH BEFORE THE FIRST MEET-UP (Especially if you are knitting a sweater - if you need help picking a size to knit, this will enable Jody to best assist you!)

Skill level: 

MUST be able to cast on, knit and purl flat and in the round, increase, and decrease. 

Familiarity with sweater or shawl knitting and pattern reading are also strongly encouraged, depending on which pattern you choose.

This is not a class, it is an opportunity to work on a project alongside other makers with a teacher on hand in the event of questions or issues during your process.
