Repartee Knit Along

We're returning to a fave designer for our next KAL: Åsa Tricosa. This lovely summer tee has the usual fabulous detail, subtle shaping and elegant style of all her designs.

Repartee is the perfect layering piece. Or for wear on on its own. Hem and cuffs are split for extra roominess. A wide neckline works either for layering or can make this a breezy summer Tee, perhaps knitted with a linen or silk blend?

• There is some waist and (optional) rear shaping but the general shape is …generous
• Optional sneaky bust dart (one size to not upset the striping)
• Everything, as per ziggurately usual, is knitted in one go, top to bottom with sleeve caps created along the way
• No seaming
• Set-in cap sleeves
• A slight A-line shaping creates a nice, comfortable fit

Homework: Please knit your swatch before the first session. Gretchen modified the neck to be less wide and will talk about how she did that for those who are interested. It's important to have accurate gauge to make that work.
